The annual Cisco GSX event in Las Vegas has always been an opportunity to craft great interactive surprises for its attendees. Pakko and his team had the incredible opportunity to develop various experiential games.
“Bike Sensor Rush”, an immersive game that bridged the gap between physical reality and digital entertainment for attendees was a popular one. Utilizing Unity Technologies’s platform along with NFC technology custom-built by Pakko’s team, players are able to compete against one another using their own bikes as sensors while playing through three different stages – Sprinting Through The Gates, Racing Against Time & Distancing Yourself From Obstacles Of All Kinds.
The spirit of these games was to instill collaboration and team camaraderie among Cisco employees, given the fact that the company is quite large and needs more internal networking.
