NFT Spotlight: Big Cats NFT, it’s Got Some Big Some Great Artists Bringing Cats to Life in the Metaverse

Today’s NFT Spotlight is on Big Cats NFT, launching in February (February 2nd to be exact) with some Marvel artists leading the charge.

According to their Discord, “Renowned artists Ricardo Cesar & Enrique Mateo-Sagasta have after weeks of work decided to use their knowledge and experience with major studios to bring a project that has never be seen before to the NFT space.”  These artists have worked on Marvel films, Avengers, Spider-Man, and Thor, along with animation projects for Marvel too.

Here’s a little more on the two artists behind the project:

RICARDO CESAR RIBEIRO The Avengers. Thor. The Fast & Furious. Aquaman. If you’ve ever seen these forces of nature, you’ve seen Ricardo’s work. It’s not an understatement to say that Ricardo is responsible for some of the most culturally significant work of the 21st century — and now he is turning his considerable attention to producing Big Cats. We are very proud to say that Ricardo has agreed to produce the collection of Big Cats, in all the most distinctive poses, personalities, and characters — keeping pace with the savage instincts and strong features of their big cat counterparts.

ENRIQUE MATEO-SAGASTA Enrique has been trusted to work on culture-shifting projects like Star Wars, X-Men, and Men in Black, to name a few. His work is as detailed as it is impressive, and his artistry will bring a quality to the Big Cats that will allow you to attract awe and envy throughout the Metaverse. Enrique will be increasing the ferocity of his artwork to produce Big Cats that are even more imposing — and alluring. When you own one of Enrique’s Big Cats, you will walk with confidence knowing your avatar is infinitely superior to any other NFT in existence.

The NFT project quickly boasted hundreds of thousands of members.  But what makes the project any more special or different than the next one? Aside from the artwork, it sounds like this NFT will expand into the Metaverse. However, there isn’t much information about its utilities or any type of roadmap.  However, based purely on the number of NFTs remain to be minted, along with the number of members of their Discord, it does appear that these will all get minted before any type of public sale.

The whitelist for Big Cats NFT appears to be currently full with just 350 spots left that will be raffled off in the near future.  However, you’ll need to join their Discord, as we won’t share that information publicly.

We’re all-in on Big Cats NFT (here’s to hoping for one of those raffle whitelist spots!).  Check out a few more pieces of art below! Happy Big Cat hunting everyone!
